Foods such as lean meats, seafood, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are the best items. Sticking to natural food makes it easy to eat healthy without worrying so much about fat and calorie intake.

Combining interval training with a healthy meal plan is a 1-2 punch that can lead to rapid weight loss.
