A Belly Fat Diet That's Easy to Follow

You have probably heard the phrase "diet's don't work" before and in a sense, it is quite true. Almost everyone with weight issues has dealt with different diets only to shed a few pounds and gain them all back once the diet is over.

The best diet (in my opinion) is a true lifestyle change called "clean eating." Clean eating is a method of eating that only involves foods that are natural and don't contain items like sugar, bad fats, and preservatives. Clean eating foods include lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. A good way to remember if a food is clean is by asking if it is a man-made food. Clean eating involves:

  • Eating breakfast every morning
  • Eating 5-6 small meals per day
  • Cooking healthy meals
  • Packing meals for snacks/lunches
  • Drinking plenty of water
  • Choosing clean foods when dining out

This diet is a true lifestyle change and although it will be difficult to get used to, you'll soon realize that eating clean is something you want to do regularly. You will lose weight and not have to worry about using another fad diet again.
